ETH Security Solutions is established by Mr. Essam Toufic Hamza as a subsidiary of Allied Maintenance Company (AMC).

2017

Rebranding

ETH undergoes a rebranding
aligned with Saudi Vision 2030,positioning itself as a credible private security option for local & international clients.

Late 2020

Partial Acquisition

AMC is partially acquired by
ENGIE and rebranded as ENGIE Solutions KSA, paving the way for ETH to emerge as an independent 100% Saudi security organization.

2021

Independence

ETH transforms into an independent, 100% Saudi medium-sized enterprise.

Mr Faysal Essam Hamza

CEO & Chairman

Faysal Hamza brings over 35 years of international experience in finance, oil & gas, and business development. He has held top roles including Senior Advisor, Deputy Minister for Investment Attraction and Development at the Ministry of Investment, CEO of Essar Exploration & Production, and leadership positions at EnQuest PLC, Swicorp Private Equity, and major organizations like APICORP, Arco, Saudi International Bank, and Saudi Aramco. Educated in the US with a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Washington DC, Faysal has a global perspective that enhances his expertise across diverse business cultures.

Mr Jawad Abdulkhalek

Senior Advisor

More than three decades of professional experience and proven track record of heading new-set ups/ diversifications, managing business with emphasis on value addition to existing business operations, escalating business progressively by undertaking organizational restructuring, generating significant cost savings & developing procedures, standards & operational policies. Demonstrate expertise in leading business management, digital business transformation and IT infrastructure design and implementation initiatives within the Middle East market; growing entities from a start-up companies to a leading ICT services provider.

Brigadier (Retd.) Mohammed Hamdan Al Otaibi

Head of Security Operations

Brigadier Mohammed Al Otaibi's distinguished military journey with the Saudi Arabian Air Defence Forces spanned over 30 years. This journey highlights his roles from Instructor and Battalion Commander to Head of Security Operations at ETH.

Miss Sally ‘Bex’ Walker

Business Development and Strategy Advisor

Bex retired from the British Army as a Captain and has since spent over 20 years in the private security sector predominantly supporting Clients and Operations in the Middle East. Her cross-functional experience in Business Development, Operations, Recruitment and Client Relationship Management contributes towards the growth of ETH Security, building trusted partnerships with multinational internal and external Stakeholders.

Mr Abdullah Al Otaibi

Security & Administration Officer

Abdullah brings over 12 years of experience in administration, HR, logistics, and business support from the banking sector, and has supported ETH’s Head of Security Operations for over 5 years. He plays a key role in screening, vetting, and recruiting top candidates while ensuring compliance. Abdullah holds a degree in Business Management and Computer Science.

Mr Hammad Al Anazi

Training Officer

Hammad joined ETH in 2007 as a Guard and, through merit, advanced to Location Supervisor and then Training Officer in 2019. He helped develop an ISO9001-accredited training program with the Security Operations Manager and is dedicated to personal and team development.

Brigadier (Retd.) Abdullah Saad Abdullah Alsukaini

Southern Region Area Security Manager

Brigadier Abdullah Alsukaini, a retired Saudi Air Defense Forces officer with 30 years of experience, specializes in electronic jamming, communications, and operational planning. He now leads ETH operations in the South/South West Region.

Supervisor

Fahad, a "Tier 1" ETH Supervisor, has excelled at a high-profile client site for over three years. He manages security operations, client liaison, reporting, and training with professionalism, ensuring top-tier service and safety. His dedication upholds ETH’s reputation for excellence.
